Expansion is going to trigger you, your expansion is going to trigger others around you, it will also inspire others around you and you are going to grow in ways you never anticipated, if you spend your life running from your triggers, you will make expansion harder.
One of the #MoneyMagic students once asked me: What's the difference between laziness and ease when it comes to making money?
Ease is NOT laziness, it doesn't mean you don't work.
It just means you make it easy for yourself to make money.
I am reminded of a memory, a few years ago when I lived in Puerto Escondido, Mexico and my friend Lavie and I were walking down the road in Rinconanda. I got an Instagram DM from a virtual friend (originally from Canada) saying, "Are you in Puerto I think you just walked past me."
One of the things I find deeply fascinating is the amount of people who message me and ask me what I do to travel the way I do:
Are you working, is it your job that takes you to these countries?
Do you have a business goal that brought you here?
Are you invited by friends or business people to these countries?
The client that sent this message is soo excited that she now has systems and support in her business and is understanding the meaning of ease in business and how that is changing her approach to growing her business.
Your onboarding process should have a focus on making sure that the new hires feel like they belong there. A team isn't a team if someone doesn't feel like they belong. Even the most seasoned professional is going to need some direction when they join a new company…
