So, the one thing about traveling and running Wealthy Money is that I never know when any of the TV interviews I’ve recorded are going to air and I get random messages from people in the Wealthy Money tribe that they saw me on TV, which happened this weekend.

6 Alternative Ways to Manage Anxiety

A few weeks ago, in the Creating Money Magic group, someone asked:

“How can I handle anxiety without taking any medication?”

I chose to answer this question based on my own personal experience with anxiety and depression and how I was able to change my emotional state.

I still have anxiety because I'm human, but the anxiety is not crippling and it feels natural and manageable and the best thing is it happens once in a while and not every day.

Usually the idea of packing up my life and moving in a space of a month would unsettle me and leave me too scared and anxious to take action. So I can see a shift in the way I handle life events and feel about them as they unfold.

Why Commitment is the Key to Financial Wellbeing

Last week I wrote about how I only had 29 days (22 days, now) to pack up my life and find a new place or country to live.

I'm slowly becoming aware that 2017 is a different type of year for me. I suspect it may be a new breed of year but at least it's been fun so far.

Since getting the news, I’ve been redoing the Creating Money Magic course and using the Spirit of Money meditations to help me understand next steps I have to take.

I’ve pretty much decided to head to Dubai for April and meet with the yoga studios I’m hosting workshops at and also connect with bloggers out there.

My plans for 2017 just went out the window

Let me start by saying, I had this amazing plan for how 2017 was going to go, where I was going to live and what I was going to do.

At the beginning of 2017 that plan started to show cracks but I decided to stick with the cracking plan.

I got back to South Korea last night (I have been away for 6 weeks) and just found out 3 hours ago I have 29 days left before my visa situation goes belly up and I have to decide if I'm going to stay in the country and if I do, I have to figure out how to do that.

Even as I write this my head is reeling because I gave away (I very rarely sell things) all the remaining furniture and household stuff I had in storage on my recent trip to Cape Town and renewed my tenants' lease since I was supposed to be in South Korea until 2018.
