BONUS EPISODE: Sneak peak into the Bank Account Challenge
I've decided to give you a sneak peak into Day 1 of the live class of the 5 Day Bank Account Challenge.
The live class is divided into 3 sections:
1) The live class
2) EFT Tapping
3) Breathwork
Most of the live classes in the challenge are structured in this way.
If you're going to do the breathwork, please make sure you don't eat anything a hour before the session and please make sure you complete the session and take 30 minutes after the session to do something that brings you physical pleasure so you calm your nervous system.
If you feel overly emotional during the breathwork, slow down your breathing and take nice long and calming breaths.
It's normal during breathwork sessions to see your ancestors or past lives. It's particularly normal to have these experiences in my sessions because of the way I heal.
Trust the process and trust yourself. Feel into your body and let your body guide you on your healing.

ABOUT THE BANK ACCOUNT CHALLENGE
